About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Laboratory Technologist to join our team at the Detroit Medical Center. As a key member of our laboratory staff, you will be responsible for performing routine qualitative and quantitative clinical laboratory tests on patient specimens.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in laboratory procedures and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our medical team to ensure accurate and timely test results, providing critical information to inform patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laboratory tests and procedures according to established protocols and quality control guidelines.
- Analyze test results and communicate findings to healthcare professionals in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient test results and specimen handling.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize laboratory processes and improve efficiency.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $62,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes:
