About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all preventative maintenance schedules are followed, providing leadership for compliance and OSHA standards, and supporting operational aspects of the facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major and minor repairs, and remodeling or construction projects throughout the facility.
  • Ensure that a robust preventative maintenance program is in place and adhered to.
  • Support and oversee all operational aspects of the facilities and equipment, including troubleshooting, repair, and routine maintenance of all machinery, equipment, tools, and fixtures.
  • Purchase building and maintenance supplies and equipment, and coordinate minor and major property repairs and routine maintenance requirements through the solicitation, analysis, and acceptance of bids.
  • Perform general maintenance, repairs, and other projects as required to ensure production continues with little to no interruption.
  • Inspect grounds, facilities, vehicles, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain contact with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure protection and compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of facility maintenance experience is required.
  • 2+ years of management experience is required.
  • Experience with a maintenance software tool is preferred.
  • ERP or other manufacturing software experience is preferred.
