Position Overview
Crossfuze is seeking a Junior Solutions Advisor to become a vital member of our pre-sales team.

We are in search of an individual with a robust comprehension of the ServiceNow platform, capable of showcasing its core benefits tailored to the distinct requirements of our clients and prospects.

Once the value proposition is established, you will engage with clients to outline their initiatives and propose a solution to advance, utilizing our Crossfuze Delivery team as necessary to formulate the approach.

This role is entirely remote and requires alignment with Pacific Time Zone working hours.


Key Responsibilities:
As the primary contact for the Infuze case work intake process, your duties will encompass:
- Analyzing customer requests/issues submitted within the case
- Assessing the level of effort required to complete the case scope
- Estimating effort and securing customer approval to proceed with the work.

Additional Responsibilities as Skills Allow:
- Serve as a ServiceNow subject matter expert, providing business and solutions consultancy to our clients and prospects.
- Conduct pre-sales support calls by participating in client meetings alongside Crossfuze Account Executives, which may involve formal presentations or product demonstrations.
- Address client business challenges and translate them into value through ServiceNow solutions.
- Continuously identify product enhancements and stay informed about ServiceNow industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
- For specific engagements, gather requirements and design a technical solution that is appropriately sized and scoped for successful project delivery.
- Provide cost estimates regarding time and resources for engagements.
- Act as a collaborative partner to key stakeholders within Crossfuze, ServiceNow, and all prospects/clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism during all interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure our services are effectively positioned across designated accounts.
- Facilitate a seamless transition from sales to the delivery team as projects commence.


Work in various domains, including but not limited to: Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Security Operations (SecOps), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), etc.

Assist the sales team in successfully closing business while recommending realistic solutions to prepare our delivery team for success, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores post-implementation.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical/business experience.
- 1-3 years of experience through internships, professional roles, or consulting backgrounds in sales or pre-sales.
- Ability to grasp new technologies and workflows; ServiceNow experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to influence and consult on decisions and strategies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Familiarity with other ITSM tools, including but not limited to:
- BMC Remedy
- Cherwell
- CA Service Desk
- HP Service Manager

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $75,000-90,000 annually.

Factors considered when determining compensation include years of experience, training and education, geographic location, and other relevant criteria.
