We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding medications, treatment instructions, and health management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including test results and examination findings.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and ensure accurate documentation.
- Licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or compact licensure.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
- Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills are essential.
