This role allows physicians to focus on patient care while the support staff manages operational tasks. We are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physicians in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive primary and preventive care to residents in designated skilled and long-term care facilities.
- Manage an average caseload of 16 patients daily.
- Engage collaboratively with nursing teams and facility management.
- Connect with a broad network of community-based primary care providers.
