Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, eating, grooming, communicating, toileting, personal hygiene, and mobility needs.
- Provide personalized care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Health and Wellness to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in senior care and support.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience working with seniors preferred, but not required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant License required.
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull, and work continuously without sitting for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
