">Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic and sports medicine, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting thorough evaluations, and providing ongoing support and education to patients and families.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities
">- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals
">- Conduct thorough assessments and progress monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes
">- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
">- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and progress
">Requirements
">- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
">- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
">- Strong background in orthopedic and sports medicine, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
">- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
