Job Summary:

At American Driver Recruitment Agency, we are seeking experienced and recent graduate Class A drivers to join our team as OTR drivers. As a Class A driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination and transporting goods across regional routes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination safely and efficiently
  • Transport goods across regional routes
  • Meet delivery deadlines and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on the vehicle
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including hours of service and weight limits

Requirements:

  • Class A CDL: Valid and in good standing
  • Experience: 6 months of verifiable experience as a Class A driver
  • Age: 21 years or older
  • Background: No DOT preventable accidents, no major accidents, and no DUIs in the last 5 years
  • Training: Recent graduates must have completed a minimum of 120 hours of driving in trucking school and be willing to run OTR for the training period

Benefits:

  • Salary: $67,000 - $85,000 per year
  • Benefits Package: Medical, dental, 401K, and PTO after 60 days of employment
  • Training: Paid orientation and travel/hotel expenses
