ITA Group is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Specialist to join our team. This exciting role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced software developer to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Job Description:

As a Software Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting technical solutions for routine business problems in small to medium-sized projects. You will work closely with project teams to provide timely, accurate, and quality code design and construction, unit testing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement software applications using Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Conduct unit testing and ensure high-quality code is delivered.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related major.
  • At least 4-8 years of experience in client-server and/or web-based applications, relational database concepts, and production systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, and Git Version Control.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
