Our galvanic coating process involves nickel plating the tool body in a galvanic bath and depositing the abrasive grains during the process. This results in a tool that can be used for grinding and cutting in various industries, including the dental industry, electronics, tool manufacturing, and gear production.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare workpieces and coating solutions for the galvanic coating process.
- Apply coatings in galvanic baths using various surface techniques, such as electroplating, anodizing, and other chemical, electrochemical, electrical, and physical processes.
- Refine metal and plastic surfaces using surface treatment techniques.
