VP, Legal

We are seeking a seasoned commercial attorney and leader to join our legal team at CrowdStrike. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic advice and support to our customer, channel, vendor, and strategic partner deals. You will be responsible for leading and managing a global team of 30+ attorneys and legal professionals, ensuring high performance and alignment with our company's strategic goals.

• Develop and implement strategies to support our company's rapid growth, focusing on scaling the legal team to meet evolving business needs.
• Lead and manage a global team of 30+ attorneys and legal professionals, ensuring high performance and alignment with our company's strategic goals.
• Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, alliances, finance, information security, professional services, procurement, and others.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial transactions while driving business forward.

• 15+ years of relevant legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in-house.
• Proven experience in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements, in the SaaS sector.
• Demonstrated ability to scale a commercial legal team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to balance legal risks with business goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active membership in good standing with a state bar.
