About the Role:

The Vehicle Buying Representative at Top Dollar Car is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by accurately evaluating and recording vehicle information for customer appraisals. This role requires close interaction with customers and team members to streamline vehicle acquisitions, manage lot operations, and support additional buying activities as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough vehicle condition assessments by gathering, recording, and sharing all necessary details for analysis by Buyers, Senior Buyers, or the Purchasing Manager.
• Accurately document vehicle options during assessments for seamless integration into Top Dollar Car's inventory.
• Verify appraisal entries, ensure secure storage of vehicles, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Complete vehicle walkarounds, accurately communicating findings with customers.
• Partner with the Sales Team to support vehicle merchandising.
• Support onboarding of new team members by sharing insights on appraisal and vehicle condition assessment practices.

Requirements:

• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive, professional experience for customers and working collaboratively with other departments.
• Follow detailed and standardized processes for accurate record-keeping and assessment.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly and actively listen when interacting with both internal and external customers.
• Work cohesively with other departments in a team-focused environment.
• Complete all required training programs.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits:

As an Automotive Appraiser at Top Dollar Car, you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
