We are seeking a skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Adidev Technologies Inc. as a Registered Nurse.


Job Summary:


As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and medical treatment in top-tier facilities.

You will work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient needs are met and medical procedures are completed safely and effectively.

Your duties will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, managing patient care plans, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.


Duties and Responsibilities:
Assessing and documenting patient medical histories and symptoms
Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitoring and recording vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
Providing emotional support to patients and their families
Assisting physicians during medical procedures
Developing and implementing patient care plans
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
Educating patients and their families about healthcare options and disease prevention
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:
A current and valid nursing license
A degree in nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's degree)
Strong communication skills
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing for long periods of time and lifting patients or equipment when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a clinical setting for at least 1 year
Experience working with patients in a specific medical specialty (e.g. pediatrics, geriatrics, etc.)
Additional certifications or training in a specific medical specialty
