Job Responsibilities
  • Operate a public transit vehicle (40 ft. buses) to transport passengers along specific routes in Monroe County in accordance with published timetables.

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to passenger inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other RTS employees to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
