Facility Maintenance Person Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Person to join our team at Bojangles, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily cleaning and maintenance checklists to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Perform tasks such as detailed cleaning, changing light bulbs, and changing air filters
  • Keep parking areas and landscaping clean and free of litter
  • Check in and put away truck deliveries, lifting and moving cases weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Drain, clean, and replace cooking shortening in commercial fryers

Requirements:

  • High level of professionalism in dress, conduct, and speech
  • Goal-oriented and driven to be successful
  • Physical endurance to work on feet for extended periods
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
