RTG Medical-Nursing is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a PCU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and emotional evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, including medication management and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the United States.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a PCU or similar setting.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
