Boone County Kentucky is a premier golf course destination seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Seasonal Concession Workers. Our two golf courses offer a wide range of duties within the concession and banquet areas, as well as the golf course beverage cart.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $9.00 plus gratuities with no fringe benefits. Due to the sale of alcohol, applicants must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for opening or closing the concession counter, warming pre-cooked food items, performing beer and liquor inventory, stocking food and beverage items, and maintaining a clean environment by mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming as needed. They will also operate the beverage cart daily and trailers for outings, serve on the buffet line, and perform additional tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to stand for extended periods. Some lifting may be required, and the position involves working weekends and occasional holidays.
