Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to formulate effective care plans.
  • Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term goals for patients, implementing interventions as necessary to reduce rehospitalizations.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians.
  • Delegate patient care tasks to staff and supervise their execution to ensure quality care.
  • Facilitate communication of patient information among staff and across shifts.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Preferred experience of one to three years in a related nursing role.
