Job Title: Surveillance Agent

At Canterbury Park Entertainment, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Surveillance Agent to join our team. As a Surveillance Agent, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the integrity of our gaming operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and observe casino activity using surveillance cameras and equipment.
  • Identify and report suspicious behavior, security risks, and illegal activity.
  • Assist with investigations and provide support to the Senior Surveillance Manager and Director of Risk Management and Compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including Title 31 and Minnesota Racing Commission requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and one year of casino surveillance and/or table games experience.
  • Excellent learning aptitude and ability to complete training in surveillance operations, equipment, and casino games.
  • Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a high level of focus.
  • Ability to work a 24-hour schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check and verification of work history.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using surveillance equipment and software.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic math skills.
