Professional Land Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Land Surveyor to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in land surveying, with experience in writing proposals, project budgets, and marketing to clients. They will also have expertise in scheduling survey crews and office staff, as well as performing control, boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveying.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement surveying projects, including writing proposals and project budgets
  • Schedule and manage survey crews and office staff to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Perform a range of surveying tasks, including control, boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveying
  • Compile and organize daily project field data
Requirements
  • RPLS certification
  • 5+ years of experience in land surveying
  • Strong CAD software experience
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying
