We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Resort Lifestyle Communities. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' apartments and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain resident apartments, patios/decks, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community through excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve resort-quality standards and ensure a seamless service experience for our residents.
  • Adhere to our Core Values of Respect, Kindness & Compassion, Honesty, and Service Excellence in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Experience in housekeeping or a related field, with a focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies, as well as stand for long periods.
