Position Overview
We are currently in search of a Facilities Maintenance Manager for our esteemed property, Pulse Millenia Apartments, located in Chula Vista, CA.

Key Responsibilities
As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Diagnosing and executing or assigning minor and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Supervising and evaluating the work conducted by maintenance personnel.
  • Assisting the property manager in organizing and directing the maintenance team and scheduling maintenance staff.
  • Conducting regular safety meetings to ensure compliance and safety standards.
  • Maintaining precise records regarding preventive maintenance requests and associated expenditures.
  • Coordinating or executing equipment maintenance and additional related tasks.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role is preferred.
  • Experience managing maintenance for properties with at least 150 units.
  • Proficiency in various trades.
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong customer service orientation.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position ranges from $34 to $36 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

  • Monthly performance bonuses.
