Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices to assess and implement patient care plans. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to promote a culture of safety and quality, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing
  • Minimum of two years experience preferred
  • BLS required; ACLS within the first year of employment
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
