**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Associate to join our team at Velocity Enterprises. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing and implementing our sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement our sustainability strategy, integrating it with existing management systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Translate future regulatory requirements into practical guidelines, goals, and measures, ensuring seamless implementation across the organization.
  • Establish a key performance indicator (KPI) landscape aligned with key reporting topics, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting.
  • Prepare and co-design our sustainability report, coordinating related tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Raise awareness among our team about relevant sustainability topics, fostering a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  • Integrate existing management systems, particularly ISO 9001 and ISO, into an integrated sustainability management system, working closely with management system managers.
  • Coordinate and implement sustainability-related audits, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in sustainability or business administration, with experience in the field of sustainability.
  • Experience in sustainability reporting and management, with knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially EU Taxonomy and CSRD.
  • Strong project management skills and in-depth knowledge of integrated management systems.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
