Backroom Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Backroom Associate to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.

• Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.
• Process customer purchases and returns accurately, counting change back to customers according to established procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Support and participate in store recovery and maintenance activities.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
