Job Summary

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as an Inpatient Physical Therapist. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify treatment goals and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide expert physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions, including traumatic injuries and postoperative patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication
  • Supervise and guide physical therapy exercises, ensuring patient safety and progress
  • Document patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Mexico
  • Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
