We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Pavilion team. As a RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and personal preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiac care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among colleagues.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of experience in a cardiac care setting preferred.
