Position Overview:

The Affordable Housing Repair Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of residential properties. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the functionality and aesthetics of apartment homes and communal areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Uphold the vision and expectations of property ownership in daily operations to align with organizational goals.
  • Comprehensive Maintenance: Implement the maintenance schedule to guarantee the property remains in optimal condition. Follow established preventative maintenance protocols and ensure that the grounds and overall appearance meet company standards.
  • Emergency Response: Provide on-call maintenance services during evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Unit Preparation: Conduct thorough inspections and repairs on vacant units to ensure they are ready for new residents. This includes coordinating painting and appliance installations.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain and secure all tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper inventory management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Prepare properties for inspections, ensuring adherence to national standards and local regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with various stakeholders, including local authorities and financial partners, to achieve project objectives.
  • Community Standards: Enforce community guidelines and regulations fairly, while promoting a professional image in all interactions.

Compensation:
