Role Overview

We're seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role involves collaborating with various departments, managing social media channels, and assisting with content creation, digital marketing, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Coordinate and manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating logistics and managing on-site activities.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visuals and graphics for marketing materials.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing reports and insights to the Marketing Manager.
  • Manage and update the company's website content and ensure it aligns with brand messaging and current promotions.
  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing for marketing-related expenses.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment
  • Moderate noise level associated with an office environment.
  • Hybrid Schedule.

Salary Range: $75k to $100k plus a 10% bonus opportunity.
