Job Role
As an Armed Driver Guard, you will collaborate with your team to guarantee the secure and efficient transport of cash, coins, and other valuables.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:

  • Operating armored vehicles and other transport vehicles along designated routes to service client locations.
  • Maintaining and servicing ATMs and Smart Safes.
  • Delivering change orders and collecting deposits from customer stops.
  • Loading and unloading cargo, which may include multiple bags and boxes of coins.
  • Counting items and accurately recording cargo transactions.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • A clean driving record with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Medical Examiners Certificate through a US Department of Transportation approved medical examiner.
  • A valid firearms permit or the ability to meet firearms requirements.

Working Conditions
This role typically involves:

  • A full-time schedule averaging 40 to 50 hours per week, with a minimum of 5 days worked within a 6-day period. Weekend work may be required.
  • Performing approximately 90-95% of work in an air-conditioned vehicle.

Physical Requirements
As part of the qualification process, candidates must successfully complete a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE), which includes:

  • Vertical lifts of 25 lbs from 10 to 66 inches.
  • Various lift-carry tasks involving 18 lbs and 50 lbs.
  • Push-pull tasks requiring the transfer of 47 lbs of force.
  • Repetitive coupling tasks with hand dynamometers.
  • Climbing and descending steps of 24 inches.

Compensation
