Experienced Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team at Home Care Assistance. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

• Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Work collaboratively with our care team to create and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation as needed.
• Document client progress, report changes in condition, and maintain accurate records.

• At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience.
• Valid and active NJ Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA) certificate.
• Proof of a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
