We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students overcome communication challenges and possess excellent diagnostic and therapeutic skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs
  • Provide SLP services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Communication Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
  • Active Texas SLP License; SLPA also welcome to apply
  • ASHA certification is a plus but not required
