At GardaWorld, we understand the importance of competitive compensation, which is why we offer attractive hourly starting rates in every market we serve.

Compensation: $17.50 / hour
Shift Options:
Shift 1 - Saturday 1st Shift 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 1st Shift 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (part-time)
Shift 2 - Monday through Friday 1st Shift 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (full-time, 40 hours)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service is your foremost priority.
  • Monitoring and surveying the premises while providing detailed reports on activities at your assigned site.
  • Responding swiftly to critical incidents.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in drafting and understanding comprehensive reports.
  • Enforcing client protocols, regulations, and standards effectively.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to successfully complete a thorough screening process.
  • Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is advantageous.
  • Possession of a state license if required.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Security is essential for this role.
