Job Summary:

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient laboratory operations.
  • Administer medications, monitor patients, and perform procedures as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure depending on the unit.
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Transport patients as needed.

Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist preferred.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and possess PC skills.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment, pushing, pulling, bending.
