Opportunity for Experienced Associate Attorneys

The Naples office of Wicker Smith O'Hara McCoy & Ford, P.A. is seeking highly skilled associate attorneys to join our team. As a leading law firm, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy
  • Develop and implement effective litigation plans, including deposition preparation and trial strategy
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues to achieve case goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to case development and strategy
  • Provide exceptional client service and communication, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-8 years of experience in civil litigation, including trial experience
  • Exceptional research and writing skills, with ability to produce high-quality legal documents
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active license to practice law in Florida, with good standing
