Job Overview
NEAPCO Holdings LLC is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Test Engineer to join our team. This full-time position is based out of our South East Michigan facility and reports directly to the Product Development Test Center Manager. Compensation is dependent upon qualifications.

Responsibilities
This role involves the testing and validation of driveshaft and halfshaft systems and component designs to meet or exceed customer requirements. Key responsibilities include reviewing customer development plans and translating them into Neapco test plans, organizing and creating test engineering reports, data analysis, and photographs. The successful candidate will also lead primary engineering interface activities with customers and internal peers, manage test activity for assigned programs, support root cause analysis activities, and learn the programming and operating basics of various test machines.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (such as BSME) and 5-10 years of experience in a test setting, including report generation and data analysis. Strong analytical ability, interpersonal skills, and oral and written communication skills are essential. Desired qualifications include design and release experience with driveline, powertrain, or chassis systems, familiarity with CAE tools, Six Sigma quality techniques, and powertrain NVH, as well as knowledge of TS-16949 and automotive PPAP requirements.

Estimated Salary Range
$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
