Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Behavioral Interventionist to join our team at Intrinsic Motivational Behavioral Services. This is a part-time position that requires working some daytime hours for team meetings.

  • Assess individual's needs, situations, strengths, and support networks to determine their goals, developing and implementing treatment plans to address behavioral issues.
  • Support patients throughout the treatment process, communicating with individuals, caregivers, and families to implement behavioral plans.
  • Monitor and record treatment progress, conducting assessments to determine individuals' improvements.
  • Provide crisis intervention and participate in meetings and training.
  • Offer information and support to individuals, caregivers, and their families, collaborating with other healthcare specialists and support organizations.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Mental Health Field - Licensing not required.
  • Industry experience is a plus; but not required.
  • Strong working knowledge of behavioral theory and applied behavior analysis.
  • Valid Driver License and Proof of Auto Insurance.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
