Senior Teller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Teller to join our team at Greenfield Savings Bank. As a Senior Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and assisting with branch reconciliations.

• Provide unparalleled customer service through a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
• Process routine and complex transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and issuing official items
• Assist with branch reconciliations and help other tellers find and correct errors
• Order cash and verify incoming or outgoing cash as needed
• Speak with customers knowledgeably about complex accounts and identify and assist with enrolling in additional services
• Meet personal referral/sales goals and contribute to the branch's performance
• Contribute to building a positive team environment and assume responsibility for self-improvement through training courses

• Minimum of 2-3 years of banking or financial services experience
• 1+ year(s) experience in a cash handling position that involved customer service
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales environment (desired)
• Great interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
• Ability to perform simple math such as interest calculations, percentages, multiplication, and division
• High School Diploma or equivalent. B.S. or Associates in Business or related field desired
