Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $17.00 and $24.00 per hour, depending on location and qualifications. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, you may also be eligible for premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

About the Job

As a Merchandising Team Member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Unloading trucks and stocking shelves with merchandise
  • Providing exceptional member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
  • Assisting fellow associates as needed throughout the store
  • Maintaining the sales floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitoring food and merchandise quality and ensuring product rotation, code dating, product recalls, and sanitation standards are followed
  • Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
