Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in locating and obtaining the parts they need, providing expert knowledge and guidance to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Process service orders and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work.
  • Restock shelves and reorder parts as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of parts, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Ship parts to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
