Job Opportunity: Structural Engineer - Bridge Inspection Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team as a Bridge Inspection Team Leader. As a key member of our civil engineering firm, you will be responsible for leading bridge inspection teams and designing structural systems for transportation and civil projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead bridge inspection teams to ensure safe and efficient inspections
  • Design structural systems for bridges and other transportation infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • BS in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 5-10+ years of experience in bridge inspection and design
  • Successful completion of NHI-(Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges) or NHI-(Bridge Inspection Refresher Training) as well as NHI-(Fracture Critical Inspection Techniques for Steel Bridges)
  • 5+ years of NBIS bridge design and inspection experience
  • Maryland PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
