Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Soliant.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work with individuals of all ages, assessing, planning, and implementing therapy programs to help them develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients' physical, emotional, and social abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on occupational therapy goals.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus.
