  • 2+ years of residential and/or commercial HVAC service technician experience

  • Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills
  • EPA Certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • Personal tools needed to perform work
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards learning new skills and a mindset of getting the job done
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision within a team-focused environment
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and hold a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Variable working conditions, including crawlspaces
