Role Summary
As a Breast Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for capturing X-ray images of patients' breasts for both screening and diagnostic purposes. In various healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, or imaging centers, you will prepare and operate imaging equipment, guide patients through the mammography process, and ensure accurate positioning for optimal imaging results. Your expertise will be vital in the early detection and prevention of breast cancer.
Minimum Qualifications- At least 1 year of recent experience in breast imaging
- ARRT Certification
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license (if applicable)
