We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to contribute to our dynamic Software Development team. This role involves engaging in a variety of projects within the realms of communication, cybersecurity, mission planning, and command and control, specifically focusing on applications that support military initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert high-level mission concepts into comprehensive system requirements.
- Evaluate system requirements to ensure adherence to standards.
- Engage with clients on technical issues and relay updates to both the team and clients.
- Oversee the design and specification of system functionalities and interfaces.
- Document solutions and showcase them through various demonstration methods.
- Participate in component readiness assessments and testing phases.
- Conduct integration testing to verify that system performance aligns with requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a BS/BA; 0 years with an MS/MA; or 6 years without a degree.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a Department of Defense Secret clearance.
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in the systems development life cycle and Microsoft Office suite.
- Background in military service or involvement in Department of Defense software projects.
- Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering tools and Agile development practices.
- Experience with software development management platforms.

Salary Range:
$86,000 - $138,000, contingent on experience and other relevant factors.
