We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Barista to join our team at King Soopers. As a key member of our coffee team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in our coffee department.

• Supervise and direct barista team members to ensure quality customer service and efficient operations
• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso drinks and Coffee of the Day
• Monitor and maintain stock and supplies, including ordering and inventory management
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing specialty coffee beverages and whole bean sales
• Perform cleaning tasks and maintain a clean and appealing customer service area

• Must be a trained and certified barista
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to calmly and courteously handle stressful situations
• Supervisory skills and experience
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
