DaVita is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with end-stage renal disease. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients during dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Perform technician duties, such as setting up hemodialysis machines and monitoring patient vital signs
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
