Eyelash Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Eyelash Specialist to join our team at The Lash Lounge Redmond LLC. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality lash extension services.

Job Summary:

• Create a personalized experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Educate guests on proper lash care and recommend exclusive aftercare products.
• Understand and promote products and memberships.
• Perform high-quality and professional eyelash extension services.
• Generate new clientele through our referral programs.
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
• 1+ years of experience as a Lash Stylist, preferred.
• Customer service focused.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic.
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable educating clients on products and services offered.

Salary and Benefits:

$55,000 - $90,000 per year, plus bonus pay, commission pay, and tips. Employee discount and paid time off included.
