Clinical Laboratory Director

The hospital is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Director to join its team. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who can strategically oversee the laboratory department and drive innovation in laboratory operations.
The ideal candidate will have a baccalaureate degree in medical technology, biomedical science, biology, or chemistry, and at least five years of progressive laboratory experience in complex laboratory operations within a hospital setting.
The Clinical Laboratory Director will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for laboratory operations
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Leading a team of laboratory professionals
- Evaluating and implementing new technologies and processes
