Job Summary:

MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our team. As a Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and launch of new products, ensuring they meet the company's quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product life cycle management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost reductions and improve product quality
  • Manage test house qualifications and yield improvements
  • Characterize and analyze product performance using bench instruments and lab equipment
  • Develop and maintain product documentation and specifications
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; Master's degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in product development, with a strong background in mix-signal design and high-volume production
  • Proven track record of problem-solving, test issue resolution, and yield enhancement
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate activities with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lab equipment knowledge, including VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Digital and Real-Time Oscilloscope, BERT, etc.
  • Experience with C++ programming
  • Strong understanding of product reliability and qualification

Salary Range: $66,650 - $96,000
Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
